Изсипете всички останали продукти при тях и разбъркайте с дървена лъжица докато сместа стане хомогенна. Печете на 180 градуса в 22-23 сантиметрова кръгла тава намазана с олио. За да оформите тортата разрежете блата на две по дължина, след като е  изстинал или направете още един.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;За крема: затоплете млякото и след това добавете захарта, брашното и какаото. Когато се сгъсти добавете ванилията и маслото.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Слепете двата получени блата с част от крема и с останалото намажете отгоре и отстрани. Поръсете с 2-3 лъжици ситно нарязан магданоз дъното на малка тавичка. Наредете отгоре рибата и я поръсете с 2-3 лъжици магданоз. Нарежете на кръгчета 3-4 червени домата, наредете ги вър.ху магданоза и ги посолете леко. Полейте ястието с 1/2 чаша олио и го сложeте да се пече 1/2 час в умерена фурна. Разточете тестото на кора. Настържете около 150 гр. сирене и го разбийте с една лъжица масло, след което го разбъркайте с два белтъка. Намажете кората с получената смес и я нарежете на правоъгълници. Навийте ги като цигари. Стрийте я с ръце, посолете я и я сложете да се задушава с малко мазнина и вода. Бъркайте я често. Свалете я да се охлади, след което добавете 2 твърдо сварени яйца, нарязани на кубчета, 1 чаша сирене и малко пипер.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Разтворете 20 г. мая с чаша и половина вода. Сложете 1 яйце, 1 лъжица олио, половин лъжичка сол и брашно, колкото е необходимо, за да замесите меко тесто. Завийте тестото с кърпа и го оставете да втаса половин час. Разделете го след това на няколко топки, а всяка от тях — на 3 по-малки топчета. Разточете ги на големина колкото чаена чинийка. Намажете ги с мазнина и ги съединете по 3. Получените 6 питки разточете на кори с големина колкото тавата, в която ще опечете баницата. Намажете тавата с мазнина, сложете първата кора и я поръсете с мазнина. Сложете втората кора и също я поръсете с мазнина. Разстелете половината зеле и сложете третата и четвъртата кора, като ги ръсите с мазнина.  Разстелете останалото зеле и наредете петата и шестата кора, като ги ръсите с мазнина  (шестата кора наръсете обилно с мазнина). Добавете 1 чаша с настъргано сирене, 2-3 лъжици мазнина, 3-4 яйца, 1 малка настъргана глава лук, 1 връзка едро нарязан магданоз и копър.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Тестото:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Замесете с 1 чаша прясно мляко, 1 чаша мазнина, 3/4 лъжичка сода, лъжичка сол и брашно, колкото поеме сместа, тесто, което може да се точи. Разделете то на 2 части, от които разточете 2 кори според големината на тавата, в която ще опечете баницата. Сложете едната кора в тавата и издигнете околовръст краищата й. Разстелете на равномерен пласт плънката и я покрийте с втората кюра. Изсипете 20 г. мая, размита с 1 чаша хладно мляко и прибавете още 1 чаша мляко, 5 лъжици мазнина и половин лъжичка сол. Замесете меко тесто и го оставете да втаса. Намажете обилно с масло тава с диаметър около 35-40 см. С намазани с масло ръце оформете от тестото топчици  колкото яйце. Наредете ги едно до друго в тавата и ги оставете да втасат. Направете с пръст дупчица във всяка милинка. Разбийте една чаша натрошено сирене (или извара), 3 лъжици масло и 2 лъжици захар с 2 кафени чашки прясно мляко. Прибавете 200 г настъргано сирене и 2 яйца, разбити с 1 чаша прясно мляко.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;В подходяща тавичка, намазана с масло, наредете 1/2 кг готови кори, като ръсите с мазнина корите и ги слагате между пластовете оризова плънка. Извадете го да изстине и го нарежете на порции.&lt;br /&gt;Отдедете мазнината и задушете в нея 300 г. гъби, почистени измити и нарязани на филийки, и една нарязана глава лук, като от време на време наливате по една кафена чашка вода. Посолете ги леко и ги поръсете с 1 лъжичка черен пипер, след което наредете отгоре нарязаното месо и налейте 1 чаша бяло вино. Бъркайте соса, "докато заври и се сгъсти. Свалете го да се поохлади. Тогава прибавете картофите, гъбите, 1 яйце, сол и черен пипер на вкус. Разбъркайте добре сместа и я оставете да изстине. Оформете от нея крокети като кебапчета. Обелете ги и ги настържете на едро ренде, след като изстинат.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Сварете 1/2 чаша ориз с  чаша и половина подсолена вода.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Запържете до омекване 1 ситно нарязана глава лук и 2-3 настъргани моркова с 3 лъжици мазнина.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Прибавете към картофите ориза, запържените моркови, сол на вкус, черен пипер и ситно нарязан магданоз. Омесете добре сместа и я оставете да почива половин час. С натопени във вода ръце оформете по-големи елипсовидни кюфтета (котлети). Прибавете измития ориз и каймата (проверете дали е солена). Добавете магданоз. Разбърквайте в продължение на 5-7 минути, за да не останат буци от каймата. Изключете котлона и оставете в тигана.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Попарете листата от лапад и увийте плънката, която приготвихте в тигана, във формата на сарми.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Поставете вече приготвените сарми в тенджера и ги залейте в хладка вода (да покрие горната част на сармите). Варете на слаб огън.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Пригответе смес от киселото мляко, 2 супени лъжици брашно и яйцето и я разбийте добре. Обелете ги, почистете ги от семето и ги нарежете. Посолете нарязаните пиперки и ги сложете да се пържат с 1 и половина кафена чашка масло. Като се позапържат, поръсете ги с 2 равни лъжици брашно и ги бъркайте непрекъснато. Накрая ги полейте с 1 и половина чаша разбито и леко посолено кисело мляко. Омесете сместа и оформете от нея кюфтета. Потапяйте ги в брашно или сухар (по жела­ние и в разбито яйце) и ги изпържете в силно сгорещена мазни­на. Разстелете половината  картофи в намазана с масло тавичка и ги посолете. Върху тях сложете половин кг. шунка, нарязана на кубчета, и я поръсете с 3-4 лъжици настърган кашкавал. Отгоре разстелете останалите картофи ги посолете. Поръсете ястието с   2-3 лъжици масло, за­вийте го с 3 яйца, разбити с 1 чаша кисело мляко, и го опе­чете в силна фурна до зачервяване. Свалете сместа от огъня, Посолете я на вкус и я подправете с черен пипер и ситно на¬рязан копър или магданоз. Напълнете с нея тиквичките.&lt;br /&gt;Наредете   напълнените  тиквички  в  плитка,   по-широка  тен¬джера и поръсете с брашно плънката им. Налейте гореща вода (Да облива тиквичките до половината им). Сварете ги на слаб Огьн.  Застройте готовото ястие  с 2  яйца  и  лимонов  сок  или имонена  киселина. Запържва се една ситно нарязана глава лук с половин чаша мазнина. Прбавете една лъжица доматена салца или пюре и също запържете леко.   Поръсете запръжката с 1 лъжичка червен пипер и прибавете фасула. Посолете го, залейте го с малко гореща вода и го оставете да къкри на слаб огън, докато изври напълно водата.&lt;br /&gt;Нарежете на еднакви квадратни или триъгълни филийки сух бял хлб. Потопете ги последователно в прясно мляко и в разбито яйце и ги изпържете. Изсипете фасула в голяма чиния, оформете го на пирамида и го поръсете с черен пипер. Набодете отгоре няколко маслини и ги поствете тук-там. Наредете наоколо изпържените филийюи, като помежду им слагате по 1 маслина. Запържете 5—6 нарязани на филийки глави лук с 150 гр. чаша олио. Прибавете 1 чаша ориз и 2 лъжици грис и също ги запържете леко. Посолете сместа, подправете я с магданоз, червен пипер и я залейте с гореща вода. Оставете я да ври, докато набъбне оризът, след което я свалете от огъня да се охлади. Напълнете с охладената смес пиперките. Потопете ги в брашно и ги наредете в тенджера, на дъното на която предварително сте сложили лозови листа или листа от кисело зеле. Сварете отделно в подсолена вода 1/2 чаша ориз. Смесете фасула и ориза, и ги разбъркайте с 1 ситно нарязана връзка магданоз. Размесват се с подправки на вкус, мазнината и ситно нарязания лук. След това се разпределят в огнеупорни стъклени съдове на шест порции. Към тях се прибавят разреденото с вода или бульон доматено пюре и виното. Похлупете съдовете с капак и задушавайте ястието в продължение на 20 минути в микровълновата фурна на максимална степен.
